pvp titles dont impress me since pvp people have nothing else to do but work towards those.
the masters of the north titles are impressive for now....later, most likely not.
a sin with leg survivor makes me look.
most of the others not so, though we dont really know how people got their titles, like my few--I did the hard way, cartographer without textmod (cant use it on my computer), so I have done it the hard way. Prots for the most part I guess someone could leech to get them, but seeing as my main monk has those---usually monks dont get to leech much. Still working on acquiring enough alcohol and sweets to even think about clicking for days for those. (dont have the plat to buy them).
but titles once had meaning, now they only have meanings to those who got them, and then not even much of a meaning other than a line of text.

Legendary Vanquisher would make me look twice.
The rest, regardless of how many people did them the 'hard' way can be bought or /roll or simply leeched these days which has devalued them beyond meaning.

Legendary Vanquisher/Protector + high ranked PvP titles
Titles which actually required you to play the game.

sweet tooth and drunkard titles are for addictees, same as fame and gladiator titles. to obtain high ranks you must eat sleep and shi.... gw
pardon my french
the only titles that catch my eye the ones that take skill.if i see really impressive titles i know that guy aint got no job nor life...
it doesnt take a wise guy to determine if someone is good. just watch how they play..and also i find tetris more enjoyable than maxing ranks
Lgendary Survivor is the only title i respect when i see it...

Beyond that, any other HM title. The HM missions require a bit skill and vanquishing requires skill and patience.

Guardian may seems impressive when you are new to the HM stuff, after a couple of tries, i thought this was almost impossible. After a few tweaks of Heroes skills, such as using more wards/prot and using more interrupts in their builds, now i am amazed to see how easy it is for more than a half of those missions. I managed to clear all Tyrian missions and more than half of NF ones at 1st try. Vanquisher aint that hard, just depends .. For Tyria, it's more long than hard, Cantha is ok and NF can be a pain if you are not careful when facing fireballs-happy kournans or desolation undeads ^^
But with the use of some consumables, it aint that hard
Master of the North, that, is another story

I agree with this statement. I personally don't care what title others display. Play for your own enjoyment, not the approval of others.

wow, wat is impressive is that it's your first one maxxed, there are many much easier ~
the one that made me /doubletake is "Incorrigible Alehound" - in Pre~!@ (yes there is at least one ..)
my Sin has many maxxed but rarely bothers to wear one [/sigh, which to choose] ~ again, I pick according to the character and circumstance, for my own amusement rather than for others ~

r6+ champ, anything lower without an accompanying impressive guild tag (of which there are few) is probably trash/double champ weekends/bspike/ritspike.
Max wisdom and treasure hunter just because the amount of time/cash invested astounds me. Same with max Kurz and Lux. Lux especially because it can't be farmed as easily, but even with the easy farm, Kurz takes forever I imagine. r3+ unlucky and lucky impress me, mainly because I like the names of the titles at those levels . r15 hero would be impressive as well.

I've got 9 max titles on my Warrior, and 3 max on my ranger and for the longest time all I would wear on both was Protector of Tyria. I've had it the longest and the one I enjoyed getting the most. No title to me is prestigious because if you have time and a high enough credit limit you can have pretty much every title in the game and have no skill at all (getting high pvp titles would be tough if you leeched, but with enough money I sure you could do it). Protector of Tyria is by no means prestigious, but I like Tyria the best so that is what I wear, and as far as I am concerned that is what titles are for (maybe if I ever finish getting Guardian of Tyria I'll wear it instead, just a couple pain in the ass missions I am to lazy to do).

okay so I guess I'll get all those titles since they are account wide, then make a Legendary Survivor character =P
I do see what you meant though

PvE or PvP, it's grind. I feel sorry for the people who earned their titles in a respectable way - there's no title for that.

He meant he's the first person he's seen with that title, he has many other maxed titles.
And 10,000 drunkard in pre makes me laugh. I'll never understand the perma pre's. I think it's more impressive to stay there that long than anything else. I can't even get to level 7 without yelling THIS IS BLOODY BORING AS HELL

The only thing that would amaze me is a maxed pvp title (champ, hero, glad). Is there anyone with one of those?
